一、犁式直滑降技术的含义

犁式直滑降习惯上称为犁式制动滑降,是双雪板立起内刃并呈犁状板型与滚落线方向一致的滑降。

二、犁式直滑降的应用范围

1.犁式直滑降是高山滑雪的典型基础技术,必须得以应有的重视。

2.用于初级阶段的减速及停止。

3.体验板尾推出、滑行中用刃及维持平衡感觉。

4.提高滑行速度、方向的控制能力。

5.为学习犁式回转创造条件。

三、犁式直滑降的动作要领

1.在一个能立住的缓坡上呈滑雪基本姿势,在下滑过程中躯体和手臂保持不变。

2.以双板前尖为假想圆心,双雪板为半径,双足拇趾跟部球状处为力点,双腿跟同时向外展转,将双雪板后部同时边推开边立内刃,板型呈犁状,板尖相距仍约10公分,双膝稍屈并略有内扣,双腿与雪面几乎成等腰三角形。

3.双雪板呈犁式后靠,双脚内侧均等用力滑行,大、中、小犁式变化时靠双足拇趾跟部为力点展转。

4.重心位于两板中间,体态的左右外型、双腿的用力多少、双雪板立刃程度、双雪板尾向外展转的大小均应对称,参见图32。

5.上体放松,目视前方雪面。

6.犁式滑降前后的重心位置,根据速度、坡度、雪质、用途的不同,随时应做相应的移动。

7.犁式滑行中除调整犁式的大小外,还可通过肌肉的内力对雪板刃施力的大小及立刃的强弱进行调整,达到控制速度,维持平衡的目的。

四、犁式直滑降的练习方法

1.首先以小犁式在速度低、坡度缓的场地上练习,逐渐提高滑行难度。

2.与双板平等直滑降结合练习。

3.将大、中、小犁式板型结合练习,参见图35。

4.改变立刃大小的反复练习。

5.改变用力大小的反复练习。

6.直滑降后用犁式滑行减速与停止的练习。

7.在不同坡度和雪面有凹凸的场地上的练习。

五、犁式直滑降的注意事项

1.始终保持住犁式滑降的基本姿势及左右的对称。

2.弯腰大,不顶膝、大扣膝、后坐、立不住板刃、控制不住犁式板型都是常见的错误。
